North Texas Ride!!!

A couple of us in North Texas are going on a ride on Saturday if anyone is interested. We are thinking of one or two options:

1) Meet in Gainsville, ride to Arbuckle Wilderness near Ardmore, Oklahoma. (Assuming enough people are interested)

2) Meet in Allen with Maxim Honda and ride with them.

I may be up for it. I am supposed to be picking up some Kury deep dish bezels on Friday. So if I can get those put on Friday night as well as another part I bought this week I should be good to go on Saturday. I will check in on Friday night here to see what the plans are.

Looks like we may have a change in plans...Texas X riders is haveing a "Round the world in a day" ride. They are going to start in Gun Barrel City and end at Malone. Here is the Estimated route:

VTX1300momma is supposed to meet me in Plano and then I think we are going to ride down to Gun Barrel City.

If you want to go please email me. Or make sure to check here for more details. If I don't know that you are coming then we won't know to wait.

VTXmomma and I are going to hash out the details and repost here.

8:30 - Cycle Gear off Park and 75 on the South bound side of the freeway. It's just after the Steak N Shake in a 2 story brown brick building. From their we can hit the Quick Trip and top the tanks off. Don't look for the Quick trip as a marker, you won't find it. If you go under the bridge you've gone too far. I ride a titanium x and will park close to the service road so you will see me.

by 10:30 - Arrive at meet up place - We might even arrive earlier than this but I want to make sure we have time to take a break before the 4 hour ride. We'll need to gas back up at this point as well.

Once the official ride is over we'll take a quick break to grab a drink and get some feeling back in our backsides and then head back to Dallas.
