:)My wife and I both ride VTX1300's, and enjoy riding the Blue Ridge Parkway which is approximately 45 minutes from our home in Central, Va., just east of Smith Mountian Lake State Park. We are hoping to visit Snowshoe, WVA in July for their Freedomfest Motorcycle Rally. We visited there two years ago and really enjoyed ourselves. :drunk:???????

Welcome on board. You live in a really beautiful part of the country so you are no strangers to great riding, I imagine it's still nippy there at this time of year.
I look forward to seeing your posts of the mountains and all the mods you have done.

Welcome! Read up on as many posts as your eyes can handle, lots of folks here post pics and things they have done, great for add-0n ideas! Ask anything that crosses your mind, there will always be a member that will most likely have an answer or will know where to find the answer.

Thank You, and yes it is very nippy here (down right cold at times) right now. Very windy too! Considering where we live we do pretty good with riding. We usually have to put our babies (VTX's) away late October and bring them out to play just as soon as the spring rains dicipate. We plan on posting pic's of our bikes however being new to this forum we have to learn how to navigate and do it. Gotta knock the dust off of them from being in storage over the winter also. We can't wait for the weather to break. Ready to ride.
