Hello everyone, what a great site to do anything related to the awesome VTX that we all ride and love. I have gotten alot of great ideas over the past few days and decided it was time to register and get involved with this community. I'll be around. I had a Shadow 750 for almost 4 years and just last week bought my 2006 VTX 1300c. I LOVE IT!!! Black , mainly stock (not for long) with a custom airbrushed/pinstriped tank. Hope you like and please don't be a stranger.
Take care,
John from Casa Grande, AZ

Welcome AZRollin. Enjoy the site and the great information. If you do a bit of reading here, your bike won't be stock through March!

Welcome, John.
The Arizona riders are pretty scattered throughout the state but are a friendly bunch. We'll get together for a ride one of these days, so keep in touch.

I was surprised to see so many "welcomes". Thanks guys I look forward to many conversations, tips and hopefully some rides together. I enjoy getting together with other folks to ride and now there is a VTX group of riders! I look forward to seeing other VTX's and what can be done to em as well. If I see one more over-priced Harley and hear someone say.."If it ain't a Harley it ain't crap" I'm gonna strangle em! The day I gotta shell out 20K + for a out of tune, high maintanance bike with a "name" please take away my license because I truly believe we have one of the best built, depndable and GREATEST looking cruisers on the road...but that's just my opinion. OK, time to get to work, have a good day guys!

Can I get some help on how to post some larger pictures of my bike so you guys see what I ride and get an idea of some customizing I would like to get done...Thanks again!

I've been pretty lucky, not one HD owner that I have ridden with or met on the road has ever been disrespectful.
There has always been two way good humored ribbing but all in all, true enthusiasts enjoy the ride and find something good in all motorcycles.

PS: Because you are fairly close to Tucson, Mt Lemon is a great day ride plus the Tucson and surrounding area people Rock!:beer: :coffee:

Welcome AZRollin'
Tip for posting pictures:
Use something like Photobucket (http://www.photobucket.com) which will assist you in re-sizing and keeping the files sized small enough for posting, plus it gives you a place to link directly to, so others may go and view your album, shoudl you want to share bigger pictures (full sized). There is a gallery feature under the "User Control Panel" located in the shaded box on the upper Left side of each page...you can go there, to upload pictures for us to look at, too.
Hope this helps you...
