big shots or cruzers

I'm trying to decide between vance and hines big shots or curzers. Apparently the cruzers are designed for lower displacement v-twin's like my 1300c. I'm just looking for a good sound without getting kicked out of the neighborhood. Also, My city has a noise ordinance:cheers:

Buy whatever sounds good to you, try to listen to other rides to decide what you want. I also live where they have a noise ordinance, stay out of the throttle till your out of earshot of the neighbors!!lol MHO- go with cobra speedster shorts, they look very good on the "C"

Like the look of the Bigshots. At the moment I have to save money for them but hopefully I be having a pair shipped to me soon. A friend has a VTX1300C with V&H Cruzer slip-ons and like great on the C's. But for the VTX1300R pipes is my choice. I know sound clips do not match up for the really thing but VTXcafe has a few clips. I've heard Bigshot with quiet baffles and they are just what I want.

i just put Kruzer on my bike today, we took the baffles out. OMG!!! Love it and looks great. Never started it with the baffle in so I cant say what it sounds like with them in.

I have the Cruzers on my bike and I love them! Had them about five months now and the sound is great. Not too loud but people know you are there! No offense to Cobra but I don't find them to be as obnoxious. Have a rich purr in second and third gear and they won't have the neighbors chasing you with pitch forks and torches.
