I have had really good luck with this place and have ordered a lot. If I order on Sat. I usually have it by Tues. or Wed. (with standard shipping) I have never had a peoblem with any thing ordered. Fast and good service!:patriot:

Waited 8 weeks no help from their customer service. Never again... The item had been returned to them, they put the wrong address on the package. After 10 weeks i have just got my money back, then had the nerve to not refund the shipping. I had a terrible experience i am happy to hear someone had luck with them.

I have had no trouble at all with CC I have placed 3 orders (over 2 grand total) with them so far and the longest took 9 days to get my stuff and the shortest 4 days and thats 1/2 way round the world. and to top it off I save 50% off local prices.

I think they are a "hit or miss" type vender. I have ordered and had fast service with no problems, then another time I waited 6 weeks and could et no answers from anyone at CC. I think their customer service sucks on a constant basis...just my opinion...Plus, if you shop around there are better prices out there...

I've gone to CC for stuff a couple of times, have no complaint. HDL is pretty good, too.

HDL is awesome. CC sucks. My last CC order took nearly a month!!!

The problem is that they don't actually have many of the items in stock, but they show it in stock on the website. Then when you place the order, you have to wait for it to come from the manufactuer to them, then they take their sweet time shipping it to you.
I'll never order from them again.

I think I've been pretty lucky given some of the comments I've read. I've used CC for almost all of my purchases. Gotten email notices of order confirmation & ships. No problems. Prices o.k. compared to other Net guys, but always better than local dealership. Will keep using...

I ordered a reservoir cover and kury pegs. The pegs were backordered and they ended up sending them a week late. To make up for it they upgraded my shipping to make it arrive at about the same time as it would have.

The parts arrived in good shape and I was satisfied overall.

Like Wrongdrum, I'm in Australia and received my order 3 weeks after placing it. Can't complain about that. All items received as ordered. I would recommend them, certainly here in Australia where we don't have many choices for accessories.

I even got my Mustang seat from them because it was cheaper then getting it right from Mustang themselves, go figure! My last order I placed was this past Friday afternoon, the next day I checked my e-mail and there was a tracking number w/shipping confirmation. The little brown truck should be here this Thursday with my chrome radiator cover. Until they screw me I'll keep ordering.

I started buying from them (CC) a few years ago - things were slow and took for ever to get any response from them...

SLOWLY they have come around things are much better today... I am close to them so it only takes a few days to get my orders now...

Just returned an item - took 5 days for them to send me a note about accepting the return and re-posting my money to my account. they say 7 to 10 days...

The tracking today is much better -- 2 years ago I suggested that they hire someone just to take care of putting tracking info on their web site and keeping their orders and people up to date, not sure they took MY advise but they are doing that now.

One of the problems that I have seen over the years being corrected - if a part is back ordered, they NEVER told you, now you know up front if it is in stock or if will need to be ordered from the manufacturer...

HDL is good too... No tax with them and shipping is about the same... Being in CA I get hit with taxes with CC... But I get the item faster from CC

TODAY - I like the changes that they have made and would not hesitate to order from them - and of course HDL too...

I had a wierd experience with Cruiser Customizing. It sucks, but they fixed it. I ordered a set of Roadburner 3" pipes from them. They were listed as in stock on their website. After 10 days and nothing I called. The customer service rep said "we seemed to have made an error but they will be here this week." Ok, I will wait. I called the following week and someone else tells me they are backordered and expected in 6 weeks. Mind you, the web site still says In Stock. I finally got to talk to some supervisor who offered to correct my poor shopping experience.

He suggested I pick any other set of pipes that were available and he would match the price and throw in 2 Day shipping. The Road Burners were 586$. I picked a set of HK Sideburners $652. They adjusted the price 66$ and threw in 2 Day Air which was probably $50 at least.

I thought that was a pretty good fix but it still was a screw up on their part. I'll probably not order anything from them again unless it's a MUST.

I have defended them on several post on here but not again,

I like you have had great service with them and have been waiting on an order for 2 weeks now

I have spent about $1500.00 in the past mointh with them,

placed and order 2 weeks ago everything except 1 item was ready to ship i called them last week they said yep it will all ship next thursday i waited yesterday came and went no shipping info i called (you can never talk to a human at anytime by the way)
they finally called me back a few minutes ago the item i had that was waiting was a hondaline tool pouch studded she said we will have it on 6-25-08 i said WTH!! cancel it, and ship what you got !! then on an order i placed last week everything was ready to ship except the cobra fatty bars i asked when would the fatty bars be in she said 6-23-08 i said Cancel ship what ya got

i may order from them again but it will have to say they have the item in stock !! what is another good vendor for our 1300 VTX Stuff
