I went to see Bryan at BD's Cycles Tuesday and he was working on this set. When I saw it they were gold and black...which looked cool. Well, today he set me the finished photos...WOW!

SWEEEEET! Can't beat BD's! I still regularly get compliments on mine. Had a kid looking at it the other day and told that was one "sick" paint job (yeh, I had to think about that one--not up with all of the "cool" teen lingo these days but finally figured out what he meant--LOL).

Nice paint job Big-X, love the orange and black also. Can you tell me what a paint job like that costs? Not sure I can afford something like that right now anyways. Let me ask you this. What's your opinion on getting stickers or decals made instead of a paint job? Let me know, thanks

I'm not sure what that cost...the sad part is a month after the guy got the paint job the bike got wrecked...damn.

I'll ask Bryan and see what he says and post. Personally I have not been a fan of any stickers but again, it's not my bike. ;)

Sounds like my luck. This 06 1300 C is the first bike that I have ever owned. It's orange and I am chroming it out. I agree about stick-ons, and never been the type to do something half a## so guess I'll just have to wait and see what it costs and maybe do it this winter.

a paintjob on a 1800C/1300C can be had for $1300 or so on the somewhat simple end of things. I've done them for $2200+ (depending on complexity)on C models, however.....
