VA X Riders

I am in the Northern Virginia Area, Quantico. I wold like to go ridin with you all when time permits for me to get out of the house. The weather just seems like it doesnt want to break dont it. Anyways I will keep checkin in on the rides. How do I get in the VA riders club? Thanks
