Spend good money on a new set of pipes and they don't include a set of new gaskets why is that?:harder: I being the knuckle-head I am at times did not replace the gaskets. I had leaks and fire spitting out the pipes. There was also alot of popping on decel. I guess I should have asked more guestions:hmm2:.
Any how I replaced said gaskets today, that was easy I had some practice already, all the popping is gone and the bike seams to run better. I love the way they sound and look

Looks great!

Yeah, the thing about the gaskets makes you wonder, huh? How do they get away with making you buy them separately?

Reminds me of those dopey questions in the Sunday paper entertainment insert. Saw one last week that asked "Why does George Clooney date girls half his age?" "Because he can!"

Just the price alone drives me crazy. I've had two Chevy trucks that I've installed headers, and dual exhaust and didn't cost $300 total...and it was a complete custom exhaust!!!

My Cobra Speedsters cost almost $500, and the slip on muffler for my 650 cost me almost $350!!!!!

(Before all of you jump on me for the 'cat back' system..the trucks were pre-emmisions, and I had the work done in the last five years at a local shop!!)

Pipes prices are nuts!!!...I had a custom made cat-back system made up for my hearse with glasspacks, and it only ran me about $300!!!...That's why for now, I just drilled holes in my stock setup....I'd like to go with Speedster longs, or a sidburner setup, but that's just too much $$$ right now......Unless I win the powerball tonight...:hmm2:

Everything for bikes is more expensive...look at the cost of wheels and tires...I can buy 4 car wheels for what 2 bike wheels cost...

Yep...Air cleaner assemblies too....A BAK runs about $300, but I can go to Autozone and get a chrome one for my Caddy for about $40.....Ridiculous!!!
