finally the bubs are on the way

Hey guys and gals. i am the proud owner of a new set of bub jughuggers for my 06 1300c. they should be here on friday. i was wondering how hard the exhaust gaskets are to get out? i have heard they are a pain. any help at all would be great. any other tips that you jug hugger owners could give me with taking off the old pipes would be great. thanks alot everybody.:cheers:

I picked at mine with an awl. Some folks say they screw a sheet metal screw in a bit then tug them out, but I was afraid of nicking the head.

You won't beilieve it when you fire them up. Make sure you windex them good to get all fingerprints oof before you fire it. Don't confuse the spiral rings that hold the pipe to the head with the crush gaskets. You need to resude a couple of the stock bushings to install them, so don't pitch anything.
