Install Help!

I bought a used Hondaline sissy bar and brackets from someone for my 1300C and I don't think he sent me all the hardware that goes with it. He did send me the bolts that connect the sissy bar to the brackets. He sent me some other bolts and spacers for the brackets but none of them work. Could someone give me some install instructions? I would greatly appreciate it!

They should work as replacements for the ones already on your bike that go through the fender rails. Look at my pic. Even tho its an R, should be same set up.
