Vance and Hines vibration

I have 1800N with Vance and Hines BigShots. There is a strong vibration at certain rpm's that seem to be coming from the heat shields. I tightened the clamps down and it still makes this loud vibration. I looked closely and found that the heat shield is just barely touching the right floorboard bracket. If anybody knows a way to fix this it would be greatly appreciated. This vibration is driving me nuts!:hmm2:

put some spacer washers on the floor board and move it out a little.

I noticed the same vibrations on my R while riding yesterday. I will definitely have to try that.

It worked for me. I don't get any vibrations from the heat shield now.
