Need Big Shots Tips

Last week, after a long ride I noticed that the lower tip for my V&H big shots fell off. I contacted V&H to try to buy the tip and got nowhere with them (or the guy on the other side of the phone/e-mail). Does anyone knows where I can buy these tips so the bike doesn't look bad? thanks
