Cobra Tall Sissy Bar with wide backrest w/luggage rack

I have a like new cobra tall sissybar with wide backrest pad and luggage rack, just bought with my new 1300S 2006 model in march, i was given a set of leatherlyke saddlebags and they wont mount with the cobra, I have to sell this and buy honda sissybar, i paid 350.00 for all of it, asking 200.00 fits 1300S model
