Tires and Mustang Seat for sale

I have a set of Dunlop Elite III's with exactly 112 miles on them for sale they look like new, I will take $180 for the set and that includes UPS shipping to buyer. I also have a practicly new Mustang (rider and passenger) seat for sale, my wife bought me an ultimate bigboy at the Honda hoot, I had just put the mustage seat on the bike it looks like brand new, I will take $250 for it and I will ship it to you UPS. The Elite III's are stock size for the retro, the seat it for the retro also.

How long have the tires been sitting around. I might be interested if their fairly new. Tires tend to rot if they have been sitting around for a long time.

I would like to purchase the Mustang seat, I have a 1800 Retro. Please advise as to what I need to do as I am new to this forum.
