torque spec on riser nuts......

i just replaced my stock R risers w/ C model risers. Not having a service manual, I wondered if these nuts have a torque spec? I want to take her out for a test run, but not until I'm sure about this.

And, I'm referring to the nuts on the underside. Large nut/washer that holds the risers on to the trees. Not the allen-head bolts that hold the clamp down over the handlebars.
