Does anybody know how to get a hold of some factory paint. I've got some black hardbags that I would like to have repainted to match my bike. Though I would be able to find paint easiest enough on the web but no luck. I know I can probably get a body shop to match it, but if there is a supplier out there, why reinvent the wheel.

Last time I looked Xtreme Rev. had the paint in stock. It can't be shipped by air though. And the ground shipping will probaly have a HAZ-MAT sur charge. lol GG :D

Unfortunately they have not yet matched the Black Cherry Red. However, I had some mixed at O'Reilly's autoparts which at least a regional chain. They scanned the tank and the match is excellent. If anyone has a Black Cherry Red bike and needs some paint let me know and I will send you a copy of the mix label. My bags are being painted as I write. I'll post a picture when they're done. I've got send one to Champion Bags too, they said I would never get my Liberty bags to fit my bike. They were wrong.

For any one who is actually following this thread. I found some paint. If you have a Black Cherry Red VTX you'll want a ChromaBase by Dupont. Oddly enought the mix is an exact match with a 1993 volvo paint (code 414).

Looks great. I'll put pictures in my gallery. If I can figure out how.
