I bought my service manual on e-bay for $38. Saved quite a bit from $60 for a new one that has fewer smudges.

Just download the FREE service manual. It will be more beneficial than an owner's manual anyway. Diagrams, specs, photos and more in the download.

I have the downloaded service manual. The one I have is for a 2002 - 2004 1300 R & S. It did not cover my 2006 1300R in the wiring diagrams. May have other small changes not mentioned in the download also. So I did spring for the paper version of the shop manual. I'm glad I did. When I wired the "Triple Wammy on my and my brother's VTX, I needed both wiring diagrams. Who would have thought the 2004 C model and the 2006 R model would be so different. My $38.00 & $0.02 worth.
