Just me again . . . should've mentioned this in my previous post. The only thing I'm just a <little> disappointed in is the exhaust note of this bike. Don't get me wrong, I don't have any trouble hearing it, especially compared to my previous bikes. But I was hoping for just a <bit> more volume and rumble. I don't want it to be obnoxiously loud, but a bit more thump would be appreciated. The stock pipe is HUGE! I've seen a couple other bikes without the 2-into-1 configuration and the slash cut on the end. Any suggestions would be appreciated! Thanks in advance.

Go with Vance and Hines Big Shots with the quiet baffles. I have them on my Retro and I think out of all the pipes I've heard they sound the best. Nice rumble at idle, A roar when you twist the throttle hard and fairly quiet when cruising at a constant speed. Also from what I've read they give you a good performance boost for your dollar. Just my two cents.

I just ordered a set for my 03 1800C so if you don't have yours on by the time I get mine I'll hook you up with pictures and video so you can get a listen.

Ditto for me. V&H with quiet baffles. Outstanding. I like the look of the Cobra slashcuts, but I've heard too much bad about Cobra's chrome. (And the Vance and Hines are supposed to be the best performing.)

Hi All,
New member here :)
A lot of people are happy with VTXexhaust from XTVExhaust.com. I personally have SuperTrapp Mean Mothers on my F.

I have the BUB Jug Huggers on mine. They look good and sound sweet. Everyone thinks my bike is a Harley or a custom from Bourget or other custom builder. When I tell them its a Honda they are floored. I have pics posted you can check them out anytime.
