Spartanburg, SC 29316

The dealership tends to cater to the dirt bike crowd but has the best and most personable mechanic around. His name is Neil, he does great work and never BS's people. He's worked on two of my Wings and my X. I'll never take my bikes to anyone else (have tried to save time and or money but was never satified with the results)

:coffee: I have relatives just noth of Sparansburg. The last time I took my bike down I had the opertunity to stop at this dealer and would have to agree, they were very personable and actually open the store early to help me out. They didn't gouge me on the price either. You can tell alot about a dealer by the way they treat out of towners.

The Honda in Spartanburg closed and sold all his stuff to Palmetto Cycles, they are off of Heron Circle now.
Went to price tire replacement with them on Monday they wanted to charge me $160.00 to mount them.
Went to E & H Honda in Forest City,NC (same distance for me)
Left it there late yesterday, picked it up this morning, total to balance and mount the tires I brought in........$60.00
So if I had gone to the Spartanburg and spent the extra 100 would I have gotten a better job?
E & H will get all my business and good will...........
The other two can take a long walk on a short pier in my opinion , so while I was there I ordered $250.00 worth of goodies for my x and he may have sold a bike to my youngest son..
Good will does indeed go a long way..........

I agree. Also keep in mind the more you do with one place the more accomadating they will be. I know that is how I run my biz. The more you do with me the better the price. Loyalty buys you alot. My 2

Very true Goldsmith, but the Honda stealer in Hendersonville is a total joke as far as customer service goes.....it's one and done for that clown

Has anyone dealt with Honda of Sumter, SC? I bought my bike there and they gave me the best price of the four I looked at. Beat all by $1,000.00+/-. My wife is 4'-1", so i bought her a reflex scooter. They ordereed both and had them wiothin a week. One dealer, in Charleston, won't give his name, Mom always said if can;'t say nothin nice don't say anthing, Siad he couldn't get the 2006 VTX 1300C Candy Orange. So I contact Sumter and within 15 minutes he had the bike on order.

Everyone I know says Sumter is hard to beat. Plus they do upgrades many of the bikes on the floor have upgrades on them.
