Ok I was riding to the Grocery store with no problems. I'm heading back and all of the sudden the bike dies as i'm coming to a red light. It would have a hard time starting up and it would only stay running if i gave it a good amount of gas. EVERY time I let off the throttle, it died and wouldn't restart unless I gave it alot of throttle. WTF?! BTW, if it helps, I was riding with my brights on for the first time when this occurred? Please help!
My .02 cents: Low battary? It only has 670 miles on it. Also, if it helps if basicly just felt like it wasnt getting gas. I have about 3/4 a tank of gas and the fuel knob is on "on". Help!

Sounds like it may have a vacume leak. Check all the vacume lines. Do you hear a hissing you haven't heard before?? Has the tank been off the bike?? Everything still stock right??? You know it could be bad gas, vacume leak, Trash in Carb. ETC. With no miles like that I'd take it to the stealer. GG :D

UPDATE: Ok here is another symptom: I tried to start the bike up "its warm" with no choke, It will only start if you give it throttle, but as soon as you let the throttle down, it cuts off. HELP!
Nothing has been changed to the bike. It drove fine on the way to the grocery store, but started acting up halfway home.

Go out and remove the gas cap and reinstall it. If it's building pressure it may not idel either. Crimp in vent line. Only takes a second and it will be one less thing to think about. If it still won't run right vent line is ok.

try adjusting the screw at the bottom of your airbox...it's the black knob sticking out below the airbox......same thing happened to me...easy fix

670 miles you had better pull the seat and check the battery cables, the one thing Honda doesn't overtighten
+1 on check the tank vent line

+1 on all of the above; could also possibly be the petcock. Check/tighten the battery cables. If that doesn't fix it, might be the petcock or some junk in the carb, etc. Either way, if it's past loose cables...take it back to where you bought it and they should fix it. Shouldn't have anything to do with your brights being used.

+ one to adjusting the idle up (the black knob)

:hmm2: It sure sounds like a vacume hose is off somewhere. If you can't find it take it back to where you bought it. Messing around with adjustments can cause you more greif than it is worth.

It is called WARRANTY. Get it to the dealer and let them fix it.
