Just placed my second order with these folks and I have to say they are the flat-out BEST, most professional and courteous company I have ever dealt with on the internet. That is not something that I would say lightly.

Items are shipped Priority mail immediately after payment if possible. I had my items 2 days after my order was placed.

If it ain't in stock you are notified as soon as possible (A LOT of companies should take a lesson here!)

1 incorrect item was shipped. Mistakes happen just like any other company. Nobody is perfect. The difference is I got a telephone call from a real person who spoke clear English. He apologized and shipped me the correct part with a shipping label. No waiting for returning the other item and no hassle over me paying for their screw-up!

Their prices may not be the cheapest out there but their service is worth a few extra bucks.

I had the day off today and decided to swing by Republic Cycle as they are located here in Dallas. Glenn and John are both great guys. I was able to pick the parts I wanted to purchase and they actually let me pull my bike into the warehouse so I could install them. I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone for your needs.

If there is something that you are wanting that isn't on their site give them a call to see what they can do for you. They can order most things but I'm not sure what the pricing would be.

I just ordered ISO grips and throttle boss from RC. Best price I could find and got the email with tracking # today. I am impressed with the site and the quick interaction and shipping, and will contact them first when I get to the risers in a few weeks.
