First reason to come to Ohio is the Honda Homecoming in Marysville (about 35 minutes west of Columbus), where they are made. Factory Tours, Test Rides, Factory Reps, Vendors, Rides (on your cycle), etc. July 26, 27, 28. Link:

Second reason to come to Ohio is the AMA Vintage Motorycycle Days at Mid-Ohio Race Course in Lexington, Ohio (about 45 minutes north of Columbus). Vintage motorcycle races, large AMA parts swap, vendors, lots of old bikes, etc. July 27, 28, 29. Link:

Go to one event on one day and the other on another. Route 36 out of Marysville to Route 42 to Lexington is a nice country ride.

Will be heading from the U.P. of Michigan for the Wetzel MC rally in Van Wert , OH held on the 27th, 28th, and 29th. Would love to visit the Honda plant in Ohio on the way, but the website said tours for groups by appointment only. Great to hear they have an "open house' type event the same weekend, will be there to check it out!
