I recently was looking for a few parts, I normally order from Xtreme Revolution but they didn't have the parts in stock. From a suggestion here I ordered from Phat Performance, got the best price I could find (had HDL beat by $40) and got it today 1/9/2008 ordered on 1/3/2008...not bad considering the new years and weekend.

I had the same thing. I researched shields and grips all around and found the prices could not be touched anywhere else. I ordered on Jan 2 and received last Thursday.

I emailed them with a question about fitment and got a reply within one business day.

I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Yep, I'm looking at some highway bars right now and they have Xtreme beat by around $40 on price and have free shipping (which Xtreme has now limited to very large orders last time I checked) still on orders over $99.

So everyone knows they are selling the progressive 412's right now for 70.00 cheaper than they have them on xtremerevolution. Per the xtremerevolution 1.10 plan if you can find item cheaper they will beat the price by 1.10 if you call them. I have not tried it yet but they are on my list of upgrades. Will update.

I also recieved excellent service and speedy delivery form Phatperformance, ordered on monday and recieved this am (sat) . I am not so thrilled with Cruiser Customizing as I placed an order from them too , on monday and wont recieve until Jan 31st.

Well I ordered the chrome tail light cover from them on the 7th of Jan when I ordered my risers. This part had to be ordered from overseas and PhatPerformance was unable to provide me with any tracking information basically saying "it'll be there when it gets there" type of deal... got an email yesterday that I should have it on Thursday the 31st. 25 days from day of order. Was almost ready to cancel and order somewhere else.

my order is on the way, except for the intake. Got an email yesterday that its delayed 5-10 days due to demand. I was excited that Phat even took the time to send me an email. That other place was like pulling teeth just to get info out of.

No hurry anyway, hard to ride in ice and 19 degrees...

Well they seem good so far, I just ordered a new set of bars and 12 inch over cables.....down side is that the cables are all custom cut and will take 2-3 weeks, well that is what they say.

Well, I called tonight about a Russell brake line kit wanting to know if it included the manafold in it since Russell makes a very nice one. The guy I spoke to said "I don't know" which is fine with me so I asked do you know if you sell it seperate? "I don't know, with over 100,000 parts I can't memorize it all"...well excuse the hell out of me..

Ok, so I would assume you could take a second and look it up versus giving a answer like that.

I'll call Xtremerevolution and see if I get a better answer....

So far I am NOT impressed with them at all.

I placed an order and PAID for it a week ago... status online still states that it has not shipped and I haven't received ANY contact from them whatsoever DESPITE the fact that their "policy" is that if an item will take longer than 3 days to ship they will contact you to explain why and provide an eta.

So far, no good in my book...
The Lowest price is pointless without at least DECENT customer service.

Ya I had a few probs with phat they will eventually make it right but they are a pain on the arse to deal with at times. I dont fool with them any more.

So far I've ordered my Paladin highway bars and ISO grips and throttle boss from them, ordered on 8/13 and had them on 8/19, perfect and they beat everyone's prices I could find. I also ordered a cobra chrome license plate and memphis shades lowers on 8/26 and should have them today.

I stand by my original comments and now I will AGGRESSIVELY advise anyone considering doing business with them to reconsider.:mad::mad:

There are plenty of dealers online to choose from. Their customer service is not up to par and they're practices are not "customer focused" to say the least.

Took my money over a week ago...

NEVER had at least some of the products in stock. despite the fact that their website stated "ships in 24-48 hours

NEVER emailed me to let me know that

AFTER I emailed them to inquire about the order they INSISTED that they emailed me an update and that I was mistaken when I told them that I received no such email.

REFUSED to admit that they COULD have made a mistake.

THEN Refused to refund my money stating that it COULD NOT be done until Sunday because only their "accountant" can do it and he only works on Sunday! GIVE ME A BREAK man, How stupid do you think we are?

Then after all that, I told them to just ship the order and I would basically suck it up, BUT I offered some "constructive" criticism and feedback for them to use with future customers..

Legitimate constructive feedback, not a "cussing" or anything like that... I'm not that kinda guy.

THEN, They respond with "I can see this can go nowhere but downhill so I feel it is best to just cancel the order. I will get the payment refunded today."

After he JUST told me that was not possible!!!!

SO he LIED to me about sending an update email to me and when I called him on that He LIES to me and tells me that he cannot process a refund!

Lowest prices or not, I refuse to deal with dishonest people. If you cant "MAN UP" and tell someone that you might have made a mistake, I don't have any use for you.

Not to mention, their prices can be matched and even beaten by their competitors if you take some time shopping.

Besides, what difference does it make if they don't have the products in stock in the first place?

Well I can't dog them. Now it's only two orders but so far two orders have been absolutely perfect, quick enough shipping and exactly what I've ordered. Emails with tracking numbers are prompt and it's basically no hassle.

I will continue to use them until they give me a reason not to.
