Just ordered my 2007 VTX1300R. Already made a list of items for the bike. Has any one installed a Progressive shocks on their bikes and what model.

TONS of folks have added the progressive...212's I think, or 214's...they'll answer you...just thought I'd throw a quick answer at ya so you wouldn't think you are being ignored.

Here's a link to the suspension page. I sure thought others would chime in here...especially when I figured out that I had mis-named them!

The 412's are the least expensive of the group. A lot of folks will buy the 11", stock comes with a 12" if I remember correctly. They like the lowered look..I haven't seen the difference in person, and haven't ordered them, but that's what I've seen here. Also, EVERYONE I have talked to locally, or read here, LOVE the Progressive shocks...I'll eventually order them I'm thinking.
Like the exhaust, I'd rather see/feel/hear the things before I go and spend a ton of money on them.
Anyway, I don't think you'd be going wrong by swapping out the suspension. Hope this helps...oops, almost forgot:
