October Charity Ride SC

One of the Patriot Guard members posted this charity event that he is coordinating and to assist, I figured I would paste his information on a few sites for exposure.....

Good evening PGR family. I have been busy organizing a ride which will benefit the Miracle House. For those that do not know, the Miracle House Foundation was created by Larry and Linda Parker and will be used to provide lodging for leukemia/lymphoma patients and their caregivers free of charge while undergoing treatment in Charleston.
This ride is scheduled for Saturday, 20 Oct 07 and will begin at four locations and end at John C. Land III landing on Lake Marion. There will be live music, bbq, 50/50 raffle and silent auction at the event. I am also working with Cat Country 107.5 / Rowdy Nites to participate in the ride from Charleston and broadcast live from the site. Registration fee is $20/rider, $10/passenger, $10/cager.
I will post the flyer and registration form tomorrow. All bike types/riders are welcome as well as cagers.

Hey sun monk..we have a fall beach ride to MB..that weekend..you should join us...think we are gonna do this ride on sat...starting out at Doug's HD in Florence..should be fun !

As a leukemia survivor myself, I want to thank all those that are planning on supporting this ride and other charity rides relating to leukemia. The costs associated with fighting this disease is astronomical. Again, thanks to all.:cheers:
