My wife bought a modular helmet from Jafrum.com as a Christmas gift last December.
In March, I dropped the helmet (it slid off of my BadX seat) and a plastic part holding the face shield to the helmet was broken. I wrote to the company for a replacement part with no success. 2 weeks ago I decided to mail the helmet back with a letter since it was useless with the face shield flopping on one side.
Today I received a brand new replacement helmet! No fuss, no hassles at all, no "restocking fees".
Some of you may not like Jafrum, but so far I have been 100% satisfied with their products and customer support policy (there is a 1 year return policy on helmets).
With their return guarantee, you have nothing to lose by giving them a try.
