Our new Custom X-Flame plug covers are first Water Cut, and then rechromed.

These bring the bike up to a show bike look.

They are also a nice compliment to our X-Flame Air box cover.

The Airbox cover fits both 1800 and 1300 VTXs

Love the plug covers, may have to adjust the budget for them if possible. :)

Do you guys do custom covers too? I need some dice or cards cut into my stock plug covers for my 1800

They make any for the 1300? I love those! Doesn't look like they do, but I hope they do at some point, I'd definitely buy them for mine. A model with just the flame cuts and leaving out the x cut would also be a great option a lot of people might go for as well, and I'd be even more interested in something like that.

Yes we can do, it will cost a bit more though for the custom artwork needed to do the CAD programs.

Shoot me an e-mail Kenny@X-Cessories.net we can go over pricing

Unfortunately it is too costly to do the 1300 covers. They are plastic. They are also expensive to replace should one foul out while cutting. The proceedure can strip off the chrome.

The 1800 covers are metal. Once we have them cut, we re-chrome them.
Plastic is not practicle at this time.

The airboxes we do with the X-Flames are plastic, but through trial and error, we have minimized our losses during the cutting process and the cost of replacement for the airbox is less than the covers for the plugs of the 1300's.

Also, the artwork is much smaller on the plug covers leaving less tollerance for error. The airboxes have a larger logo with more space and less chance of error.

Hope that answers the question better.

Yep.. we are looking into having made Cast metal plug covers for the 1300 VTX's.

I'll keep ya all posted.

In the mean time, have a look at Speds bike. We put plug covers and Airbox on his 1800C yesterday.
