A few months ago I purchased a set of quiet baffles for my Hard Krome K2 pipes which work very well.
Recently I had a problem with one baffle, a small piece of metal broke off and one baffle was rattling around inside my pipe like a bunch of tin cans.
I sent an e-mail to smartpartz.com and they immediately shipped me a new replacement baffle at no charge.
The new baffle works flawlessly, and my bike is quiet again.
This is a first class operation and I feel they have excellent customer support.
I highly recommend this product if your K2 pipes are just too loud for you.
