New VTX Owner !

:patriot: I am from Warner Robins Ga, and I am a first time rider and owner of a 2004 VTX1300. My purchase has been less than a month now, and I love the bike and ride it every nice day we get. This VTX Cafe forum is great as well, and plan to use it in hopes to meet great people and learn from those experienced with this bike and riding in general.

Welcome RS ! Read as many posts as yer eyes can handle, you 'll find tons of info and almost a million mods you can do to the X! I'm sure there are a few X riders in your area, i'm south of you about 4-5hrs so maybe sometime this spring i'll ride up there on a 3 day weekend or such.

What color is your bike? I only ask because there is a contingent on this web site (Pug, BB) that swears Dark Cherry is the fastest. Of course this is hogwash, but sometimes it's best not to argue and just nod politely....
