Great customer service from Sena!

I like to give credit where credit is due. We've all read of terrible customer service or even experienced it ourselves, but here's a "rave" review of Sena. ( http://www.sena.com/ ) I bought a bluetooth intercom (SMH-5) through Amazon about 6 weeks ago. During the first real test on the road recently, I was only able to hear through the left speaker.

I contacted the company via their web site and they responded quickly, offering to replace the wiring harness ( the likely problem) and replace the whole unit if the harness didn't do the trick. They had it in the mail the next day with no charge to me. I received it and the problem was fixed.

The part that amazed me is I didn't have to provide "proof of purchase", a receipt, nothing. Too bad more companies don't have the same customer-friendly policy. :bigarmhug:
