I bought the Slipstreamer Falcon windshield- and like it
the 20 inch model.
I had a small Nat'l Cycle sports shield, tried a wind vest taking it off of a friends bike, bought a Ebay special tombstone style and tossed that, and now the Slipstreamer. The others all directed wind over my helmet but the buffetting on the side was the problem at speeds above 65mph
I'm still messing with the angle that I like but at 75mph, the head buffetting is gone!!!!! I picked up a little more breeze on the chest but not a big deal.
My personal tastes are not fairings but I would go that route if needed as I prefer a half-helmet when riding this bike.
I'm going to slide the fork brackets down about an inch to see how that changes things but again, night and day difference at highway speeds.
I'm 5' 11" with the stock seat and the 20 inch was the right choice for me
I'd post a picture but I still can't get photos to upload
I found that windshield science is a PITA to deal with. My batwing fairing came with my X and I like it. Some buffeting on my riding glasses with half helmet but that's ok. Good protection from debris
you just can't beat "included with bike"

After speaking with the Slipstreamer person at the AMI show I decided to buy the big Falcon.
THe strange thing is I thought that my engine was making noises but what it was is that I now hear it as opposed to wind noise.
Long ride today and there was a very brisk wind too, I definitely made the right choice for me. No more helmet buffetting
180 mile round trip highway averaging 75-80mph and it was quite comfortable with no buffetting. Most of my trips tend to be 30 miles one-way or shorter and I just figured I'd give a 2 month review because rarely do you see follow-ups. If anyone is on the fence about a windshield I would suggest giving the Falcon serious consideration
