    Getting proper paint

So I damage my tank over the weekend. I have started fixing it but when I went to get the paint they could not find the paint for paint code (NH-451M-Orion Silver Metallic). Has anyone purchase this and if so where. I found a few places online but it is outrageous compared to in-store metallic prices.

I found it at colorrite but crazy high. The price it almost as much as a pearl.

Why not go a different direction with it? Someone once told me, if you can't match it then contrast it! Do some custom paint scheme on it....

Yeah I would and normally do but I really like the Honda Silver. It really makes that chrome look amazing even when the bike is dirty. Plus, I have my helmets that match

My old TLR I paint GOLD Pearl. It look amazing
My new TLR is Pure GOLD.

So as you see I do not mind going crazy.

fyi, Silver is one of the most unstable colors.. so Sun, Age, Time, all changes it... so off the shelf may NOT be a Real Match.. Best of Luck.

check at local car paint shop with photo matching machine...

    my opinion.

Thanks but seems they do not have that paint code listed unless the NH469M is the same

Yep that is what is on my frame, but in the list you gave me it shows NH469M. I wonder if they just type the wrong tag on my frame
