I'm in a pickle. I want the best of both worlds.

I own an 08 1800F2 and I want to change my seat.

I have looked at both Ultimate X and Mustang as my choices.

I want a backrest as a must and I want a softer seat like the Ultimate.

I have already talked to Des, they can't make an F seat with a backrest. They also can't/won't re-work a mustang seat with a backrest already on it.

I want the Big Boy seat with a backrest. They make it for the C. How can I make a seat for the C fit on my F?

BTW, I want to ride 2-up so I have to make it work with comfy fron and rear seats.

This guy will make you one of the most comfortable seats you will ever own http://robertdoerr.com/

And then buy you one of these and let him install it while he's redoing the seat.... http://www.utpr.com/

He is also a member on here...try searching A2ZCustomupholstery, you will find tons of threads with very happy people!!!!!

I have had Ultimate, Mustang and 3 of his seats...His are by far my fav!!!!

Someone one else may correct me but if you change to a C rear fender you can run a C seat

I am reading that around here. But I will spend $700-$800 to get the fender OEM.

The F option back rest seems to be removing a 1/3 of the passenger seat and will not work with anything but the stock seat.... :(

Those of us that ride on Ultimate BIG Boys don't appreciate being called fat!!:nono::nono::D
