Ok l did get my risers today , have not opened the box yet but l will enjoy the experience ...feels like Xmas, the Pres herself wrote me last week and said they would be shipped Tues and today is Thurs june 3.. they shipped when they said

You said earlier in this thread that you placed the order in April? Is that true?

If that's the case and I don't get mine tomorrow, I'm calling them again and it's not going to be good. I placed my order and paid on 3/28/10.

Earlier in the thread you said Phat 2 (which is what I ordered). Sounds like you got the bigger Phat 3 risers. Thanks.

When you open the box, can you confirm from the order receipt which risers you for sure ordered? It sure would be a big help!

The Phat III are 8 inch, I believe. The Phat II are 5.5 inch.

when i ordered my HID kit from DDM, they i would call and every time they would say that they are going to get a shipment this friday and your order will be out by monday. i finally got my HID 6 wks later.

customer service sucked but the product was affordablely priced and good, so i was willing to stick it out till i got it.....

i hope that you get your soon and hope its worth the wait.

Still don't have my warranty replacement riser. I wrote them an email the other day asking when I can expect it to ship. They replied that they got a shipment of risers in but rejected it due to poor quality chrome. Supposedly they just got another shipment in awaiting inspection. I asked again when mine would ship and no answer for several business days now. Going to have to send them another email tomorrow. Really regretting giving them a recommendation here...

Sorry for the delay here on these risers , mine as ordered were the PHATRISERS3-X, part no. SWR-23,w2.. they have a 5in. puillback and were perfect for me on my Rmodel because l have short arms 32in.sleeves and an Ultimate seat which sets me back 1.5in. I recently traded for a YAmi Roadstar 1700 and moved my risers over to it... Went to Ultimate seat and they dont make a BIGBOY for this model , just a mid rider , so seat setback is the same as stock.. Now l wish l had some 3.5 pullback risers the 5in are too much sooooo anyone want to trade ? P.S. l just rerouted the wires in front of the triple tree and they work , but you might want to get extra long cables for looks also anyone want to buy a blinker buddy l kept it for my new seat but YAmis are self cancelling.. l dont have the wire that runs to the signal but you could get it from Blinker Buddy

Last I heard from them they were still having problems with their chrome suppliers. I certainly know what that's like.

Good luck Beefy. I've been where you are now- paying for something you never get and being told over and over that it's on the way when it never really is- so I understand all too well.
