HI Guys

I'm looking for Wishmaster Risers - I know George hasnt made any but if you know where I can get some for a 1300C please let me know

Or Any other Risers for that matter - But 1300C.

Does anyone know if a new seat will change the forward seating of stock handlebars? - will I need the risers and seat (say mustang?) or just risers.

I don't mind the stock seat.

thanks

Have you considered or heard of the Socket Riser Mod? I did this to my 1300C this summer and loved how it turned out. Went to Lowes and got 2, 1-1/8" Sockets (if I remember right, my bike is in storage so I can't double check). I ordered a couple 60mm long bolts from Fastenal, 2 Lock washers, and ordered 4 lug nuts from O'Reilly's Autoparts and then had a guy I work with weld them (the lug nuts) together. All in all it cost me maybe $25 give or take a few bucks. Helped a lot! I use to get back pain after a long ride, and it pretty much eliminated that. Then I got a Mustang Seat and it made the ride pretty nice. I think the risers were critical for the seat. The Mustang leans you back a little more. I'm 6' 4" by the way. Anyway, hope you find out what you're looking for. PM me or something if you need more info. I think I still have the threads and some pictures bookmarked...

If a seat does push you forward your not talking more than an inch or a half if that. I have the same bike, i put kewl metal risers on. Look great and do the job. Go to the website or google it. Nice product.

The socket mod is solid. If you do it right, it will work great! There are guys who have been using them for many years, and no issues. But it is solid stability wise to the bars and it looks really good as well! Anyway, hope you find something that works for you. Also, my mustang seat may have put me forward a little bit, but I can't tell any noticeable difference from the stock seat.

Rivco Risers. They look good and go with the bike well. Perfect pull back and no change in cables. Just mount them right on. They are worth it. I was skeptical and looked at every possible riser...as I do with any mod. These are nice. I have a stock seat, similar to you I don't mind it. Good luck!

I first bought a pair of Kewlmetal risers and used them for a month or so and decided i did not like the handlebar pullback that they gave me,
so i sold them and went with the Genmar risers using them for approx. 1.5 yrs until i was able to get a deal on Baron Xtreme bars.
The Genmars are very good quaility and look really good and at a fair price! Best thing was either riser did not require any modifications to the stock controls!

Just my 2 cents..

OK, here's my dilemma. I bought the 07 used. I don't know what it looked like stock - the thing appears to have Kewl risers, but that could be mistaken. Being a dwarf, I'd like a bit higher rise and a bit more pullback - but don't want to swap bars if I can avoid it. The only thing I can find that might help is the GM-H10 risers added on to the ones already on there. Has anyone tried this, or do you have alternatives? Thanks!
