I am new to this site and have read several posts on this subject, but none that have completely answered my questions. I am wanting to put 1300 r/s handlebars on my 05 1300c. What all do I need to do this? I don't want the socket mod or just the scootworks or rivco risers because they will not provide what I want. If someone would provide a list of things I will need, and give me an idea of the difficulty in doing this it would be much appreciated. Thanks!

I did the opposite. I put C bars on my S and did the socket riser mod. That bent wrist thing was killing me and now I feel like I have better control of the bike. My 30 mph speed wobble disappeared too.

My stock S risers were 1''. I'm pretty sure the R risers are the same but don't hold me on that. Many people go to 3 or 4'' risers on R bars.
