I use photobucket... Upload a pic, then click on that pic in photobucket opening it in a new window. To the right you will see some lines of information, the one marked url (I think) copy it then paste it in the forum and it will appear as text, when you post the response the picture will appear.

edit: under "share this photo" there are 4 lines, the one that says img (text should start as "url") is the one you want to copy and paste...
