as stated it is Memphis SHades batwing and 338 is cheap, I got mine from Bikerhaven.net for about 360 with free shipping. true it does not have an inner fairing that holds gauges, radios and other stuff, but there are definitely work arounds. I am loving mine. check it out on the sig pic

on a tight budget would like to know what im getinng my self into

I extended the headlight but that's a cheap piece to pick online.

i love my MS batwing! i think it would be a good buy.

on the upper bracket, I made a small extension of about 1-1/2 inches to move the top of the fairing forward, since I am running 5" straight risers and the top of the fairing was really close to the master cylinder. if you are running stock or pullbacks you should have no problem. I do like how the light sits real close to flush with the fairing, although as someone else said they did the extension which would put it out in front farther.
