Welcome from all the way up here in West Chester Ohio. I have some medium sized saddleman Bags on mine and I don't have cutaways. I gues it depends on what kind of bags you put on. Also use some saddle brackets. Good luck..

it depends on the brand, the look you want, if was you, i'd hang around a bit, do a search(on top, after you log in, between home and arcade) , check some out online, find some that you like, and then ask questions on the 1300 forum.
