Wow! Big Larry did not mention that when I spoke to him this week! Great guy! I hope someone else is making the thing, as it works GREAT!

i actually emailed Larry a few months ago and he said that he sold it to accell (spelling ?) you know the auto company which makes ignition items, he said that they currently are using his idea for HD mapping and that there is not currently a model for the X or metric bikes. Sure hope they see the light.

Yep, my mistake fellow riders, I should have expounded. I discovered that B&B sold off the computer business when I tried to order a unit. I contacted the new product holders (ACCELL Ignition) and the problem is that they currently only produce for HD models and not the VTX, hence the request. Doesn't appear that they will produce for the VTX (or metric bikes) in the future. My own procrastination........

I am glad I ordered when I did. That item really makes for a better, more responsive ride in all climatic conditions.
