Anyone know if these actually exist? Seems like a great idea for a safety product. I actually found a patent for one here: LINK

Basically, there would be an audible warning of some sort when your bike reaches it's lean limit or when it's about to scrape maybe?

Damn, I'd like to have one.

My lean alarm is when the little stud on the peg scrapes the ground. I know not to lean any more than that, I just replace the little stud every month......LOL, J/K

The ends of my Accutronix are at 45 degree angles from the 4 times on the Dragon this year.......

My alarm is my shoe, I've got Accutronix F/C's and have already found the lean limit on the brake side. So now before entering the corners I position my shoe so that it contacts the road first before my controls do.

By the way, with Accutronix F/C's the shifter side would drag the peg before anything else. I can never see leaning my bike that far over to the left. The brake side on the other hand has the brake pedal go under the footpeg and therefore limits the lean angle a lot more since the brake pedal pivot will hit the road long before the peg ever would.

You could use a small mercury switch set it up so when you get to a certain point just before critical lean it trips a small buzzer/light.Dont really see ned but it can be done.

On sail boats they have a pendulum that shows angle of hike.....maybe a pendulum set up?......
