I put stock blinkers back on the bike and everything was fine. Well inside the headlight assembly I found these (1st pic) not connected to anything. So I traced them down the bike and found it was spliced into here (2nd pic) and grounded here (3rd pic) I figured since it wasn’t hooked to any power source it would be safe to remove it. Well now my bike won’t start and I don’t know why and I’m freakin out. Any help would be great.

Can you put them back in the exact manner they were before you removed them and see if the bike starts?

Some after market wiring. Aux lighting??
What does the open RED wire connect to???
You may have opened up the 9 pin RED connector block that goes to the Right side switch.
Verify the connector is snapped together.
Did any fuses blow???
Freaking out does not help. Stay calm. Observe and analyze.

Yep, you disconnected the flux capacitor.
