Hey guys, I’m doing a plug change today on my 2003 1800 C. The bike was new to me in August 2013 at 7k miles, and I last changed the plugs in May 2014 at 10,750. Here in the summer of COVID-19, we’re waaay overdue at 6 years and 11,500 miles.
The original plugs were the NKG Laser Iridium, not sure of the p/n. I replaced them with Bosch Platinum +4 4419s. Today those are coming out and NKG 6502s are going in.
I’ll attach some pictures of those 4419’s, which are in pretty darn rough shape after 11,000 miles but in fairness, I don’t know what they would’ve looked like at 8,000 miles.
The bike has a Power Commander 5 which I installed in 2014, but no way do I remember which tune I settled on. I should probably get a dyno and tune this summer.
