Well maybe not in the cabin but at least in my tires. Have a vtx 1300 and a xvs 1300 both with new metzlers front and rear. The pressure drops up to ten lbs in a matter of weeks in all tires and wondered if this is problematic in specific brands or mc tires in general. Dont recall this lbs loss in previous bikes owned but then i Cant Remember Sh... from just a few days ago. Anyone with info on this out there.

It is summer in Fl and wondered if seasonal change accounts for these variations.

thanks all,

take a spary bottle full of water with a little bit of Dawn dish soap spray around the stems and the beads it will foam up where the leak is I dont think daily air temp changes would make u loose 10 lbs of pressure. maybe 2 or 3

It may be a myth, but I've always heard that aluminum rims are more likely to lose air pressure, on another note, tires being rubber based are in fact permeable, which means, under pressure, air will "escape", it's critical to check tire pressure at least once a week minimum. If I let mine go for say, maybe a month, it's not unusual to be 10-12lbs low.

Dont forget that you are in Florida. Do you still have the winter air in those tires? If so, let it all out then refill with summer air! :)
