Hi folks,

Am a newbie from San Jose...couple of experienced members suggested Californiavtxriders.com for making local connections. However, somehow that site does not allow me to register...it gives the following message...
Creating a new account is currently not possible.

Was wondering if anyone else has had experience registering with them?

Many thanks

I am on their site everyday. What is your user name there? I can send a message or post about your problem.

Thanks Mike.
I am not even registered yet.....the site would not allow me to register.
When i click on registration, it says "Creating a new account is currently not possible."
Perhaps you can let the SysAdmin know....or perhaps you can kindly register me using my name here (rkapur) or a variant thereof, and any generic password and PM me that information, and then i can log in and change that.
Pls let me know
Many thanks

Ok, it looks like he has it set up so there will be no spammers. You have to contact Larry personally and here is what you need to do:

REGISTRATION STEPS
If you want to join the "California VTX Riders" forum so you can post and or read the Joke or BS forums you must be a registered member. To become a registered member you MUST follow the instructions below!!!

1: YOU MUST SEND PERSONAL E-MAIL TO biglry@charter.net with the username you would like to use along with a working e-mail address. I will setup your account and send you a password.
AGAIN YOU MUST SEND E-MAIL TO biglry@charter.net NO OTHER E-MAIL ADDRESS WILL GET YOUR ACCOUNT ACTIVATED That e-mail address is biglry@charter.net

After receiving a personal confirmation e-mail with password from me (biglry) you may log in and post.
Problems or Questions? e-mail biglry@charter.net
DO NOT USE ANY OTHER e-mail ADDRESS to CONTACT ME I DON'T OPEN THEM.........

I am sure Larry will take care of it. The CA Riders is not a big forums and he watches it pretty close.
