Ok I have read allot of threads about this but I just gonna put this out here and see where I should start. I have been messing around with my bike for years and I have had it run well for long periods of time but lately I can't get the thing to run without the choke and I have not riden it in quite some time do to this. I have drilled out pipes and I have decapped the airbox. I removed pair valve and have rejetted the bike. Currently have my fuel screw 3 turns out and still will not run without the choke. Where should I start I am loosing faith in my ability to fix this thing in a way that I can trust it to run right

Make sure the petcock is working properly. Examine the vacuum system for leaks, tears/cracks in the hoses, or disconnected hoses. If these do not lead to a solution, tear the carb apart and look for problems there including clogged jets, torn/cracked main diaphragm, etc.

I would back up close the Jets off on the carburetor start out at one and a half turns maybe one and a quarter turns and go from there sounds like to me you're getting too much fuel and too much air
