changes after new exhaust and K&N filter

Hello all

About 3 weeks ago I had installed on my VTX a set of BuB JugHuggers, stage 1 jet kit and a K&N air filter. Bikes idles well and exhaust sounds very nice but I have noticed what I consider to be different than when it was stock. Even after warming up when I roll on the throttle it seems to have a dead spot like the bike is not getting enough gas or too much almost like it wants to stall. After that it will run ok but it is quite annoying. Not sure if this is expected or maybe something needs adjusted. Thanks in advance.

Probably the needle position. Dead spots usually indicate lean (raise the needle a touch).....blubbering indicates rich.
