.... My wife rides the '06 1300 R quite a bit, but her fingers aren't long enough to comfortably reach the clutch lever while keeping her hand on the grip. Is there a lever avaliable that sits closer to the grip than stock ? That way she won't have to stretch her hand out ?

I make a clutch mod that will reduce the amount it takes to pull the lever.
You can also set the travel a little less. this may help.
send me an e-mail to [email protected] and i'll get you the imfo.

Thanks guy's. It's not the effort of thr lever to pull it but the distance the lever is from the grip thats the problem. I guess she needs aftermarket levers that aren't cut so far out. I seen a set called "pistol grip" that look like they are a closer pull than stock but can't find any info on the distance from the grip to the lever.

Thanks again.

You may want the power lever super bike levers. Same amount of pull but with a sunk in section in the middle of the lever. Let me do some looking and I'll post when I find them. Had them on a 1000 Hurricane I had a while back.;)
