I just got off the phone with Factory Pro. I asked about getting a 60 pilot jet from them. The guy said "we don't stock that one." I asked about a special order and he said he didn't want to do a special order for 1 jet. I asked how many I needed to order because I knew some other people looking for them, and he said "I don't want to deal with the 60 pilot jet - find another source."

One more company I cross off the list for crappy customer service/support.

They had just answered my email request for one and suggested I call so they don't have to charge flat rate shipping. They could have said that in the email and saved my time and cost of the call.

Call around to some of your local shops. Ask for a Klein series 21, #60 pilot jet. Should be around $7.

I sent a reply back to the Factor Pro email (pretty much the same as I posted here) and Marc apologized, and suggested I call Sudco to order the jet. He says that is where they would have ordered it from.
