So please forgive my ignorance...but I have to ask.

So many of the parts available show fitment for 1800R models. Very few say 1800S. Are they the same (except for cast wheels vs. spokes)?

And to confuse things more, early R models could come with spoke wheels. Mine is a 2002 VTX1800R WITH spoke wheels!

Honda must have still been figuring out how to designate them I guess. :hmm2:

And to confuse matters further, the R come in 3 different specs. Not sure about the S. Go to the Honda site to do a comparison.
